Shipping policy

Dispatch timing
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days. This is the time until shipment, not the delivery time. Transit time depends on the destination and carrier. 

Shipping availability and cost
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum order amount. Available destinations are shown at checkout before payment. Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order.

Tracking and delivery questions
For help with tracking or delivery, email support@icon-state.com with your order number. We aim to respond within 72 hours. If tracking shows an unexpected delay, loss, or damage, we will open an investigation with the carrier and assist with the available resolution.

Shipping delays
If we cannot ship within the applicable promised timeframe, we will notify you of the delay and offer the choice to accept the revised shipping timeframe or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund, as required by applicable law. Carrier and customs delays can affect estimated delivery. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Returns
Return requests must be made within 14 days after delivery. Please read our Return and refund policy at https://icon-state.com/policies/refund-policy for eligibility, costs, exclusions, and refund timing. Contact customer service before returning an item; the applicable return form and return address are provided after approval.
