Dispatch and free shipping
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days. This is the time before your order leaves our fulfilment partner, not the delivery time. Carrier transit times vary by destination.
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase. Tracking details are provided when they are available for your shipment.
Returns
You can request a return within 14 days after delivery. Eligible items must be unworn, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories. Hygiene exclusions and the full eligibility conditions are explained in our return and refund policy.
Email support@icon-state.com with your order number before sending a return. Once approved, customer service will provide the required return form and applicable return address. Our business address is not a return address. Customers pay return shipping and are responsible for suitable packaging; shipping on replacement orders is free.
